What is your turnaround?
Timing depends on the brief, product arrival, and deliverables. We agree a production schedule before work begins.
Are revisions included?
The agreement defines the number of revision rounds and what is included. A change in direction or a new brief is scoped separately.
What files will I receive?
Edited files in the agreed formats and aspect ratios. Raw footage, alternate edits, and additional photography can be discussed.
Can we use the content in paid ads?
Organic use, paid advertising, partnership ads, exclusivity, and usage duration are agreed separately before production.
Do you need a large following to make UGC?
No. UGC production creates content for a brand’s channels. Posting to a creator’s own audience is a separate service.
